obtain warranty service, purchaser must present original bill of
sale. Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the
remainder of the original warranty period only. The defective
components will be repaired or replaced without charge, subject to
the terms and conditions described above.

Excellent product works very well for me I actualy brought two of them and got it [...]assembled by IVG, I am glad I paid upfront for assembly as it took even the assembly guys 3 hours to asseble.

We are very happy with the this Armoire. The color is rich and true to what you would expect from the photos. My son put this together for a guest room that had no closet space. We have an elderly relative staying with us and he is delighted with the amount of space this Armoire provides. It is very solid . . . and looks attractive in every way.

The armoire was very difficult to assemble. The manual didnt provide enough instruction. The parts were not labeled with the alphabetical stickers as shown in the manual. We were fortunate that we had additional tools on hand and some construction knowledge or we would have never been able to assemble it. The armoire arrived at 9:45pm on a week night (instead of between noon and five), and a whole day later than it was supposed to be delivered. It showed up damaged with chips out of the wood and holes in the backboard. It was such a hassle receiving the armoire that we didnt want to return it once we had it in our possession.
